September 18 – 26, 2020

The Oktoberfest Findlay Committee has made the decision to cancel the annual downtown festival on September 26th when it became clear there was no responsible way to hold a one-day event of this size in 2020. HOWEVER, thanks to our signature sponsor, Premier Bank, and our industrious committee, we’ve developed a week-long community celebration with opportunities for you to safely get your “Prost!” on this fall!

Beginning September 18th

  • Downtown Findlay businesses will be participating in the fun, offering special discounts, German food options, live music, and your favorite libations.
  • You’ll be able to purchase Findlay Brewing Oktoberfest (the official beer of Oktoberfest Findlay) in growlers and crowlers at their tap room, and in cans that will be distributed regionally!

September 26th • 12 to 7pm

  • Schmidt’s Sausage Haus drive-thru at the Hancock Historical Museum.  The food will be preordered through the Schmidt’s website.Your chance to stock up on the best Bahama Mamas and cream puffs in the state!

2020…The Year It All Went to Schnitzel!

  • Limited edition T-shirts and steins on sale for this year’s event with the perfect slogan for 2020…the year it all went to SCHNITZEL!

Stay tuned for many more updates as we roll out our plans for Oktoberfest Findlay…2020 style! We truly appreciate the community’s continued support of Oktoberfest Findlay and the Hancock Historical Museum. Stay safe, and be well

Special Thanks to Our Main Sponsor:

Throughout the week, you can support the Hancock Historical Museum with your purchases, while enjoying the spirit of Oktoberfest.
