• Duane Malinowski and his Band – 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

    Toledo native and Nashville recording artist, Duane Malinowski has been entertaining his audiences for over 35 years. He is a self- taught vocalist and accordionist extraordinaire who began his career in the polka industry. Duane is currently signed to, Wind River Records and is also know in the country music industry as Duane Michaels.

    Throughout the years, Duane has truly developed a musical style all his own. Today, his vast repertoire of music includes many genres. Whether its country, big band, oldies, polka, or light jazz, Duane can entertain his audiences with his one of a kind, true to himself sound.
    Duane’s musical influences have been many and stretch over numerous decades of changing musical styles and personalities which include George Straight, Conway Twitty, Glenn Miller, Elvis, Jerry Vale, and Nat King Cole. But Duane’s most impressive influence came from the lessons he accomplished with world renowned jazz accordionist, Tony Dannon.

    Entertaining audiences has been Duane’s full-time profession as a singer, song writer and musician. With his ability to sing in five different languages, he continues to play his music locally at numerous local events, private affairs, as well as aboard cruise ships, and nationally recognized resorts. Duane has had songs air internationally abroad and ranked on numerous country music charts throughout Europe, Spain and Australia. Along with such credits, Duane has been the opening act for The Charlie Daniels Band, The Bellamy Brothers, Bobby Vinton and Brenda Lee.

  • Anthony Culkar & International Sound Machine – 6:30 pm-10:00 pm

    Anthony Culkar, a very talented accordion player from North Royalton, Ohio joins the International Sound Machine. The “International Sound Machine” has mastered, performed and recorded all of the major polka styles. Their recording of “Let’s Get Festive”, won the award for “Best German Recording of 2013” from the Polka American Corporation and the best “Polka/Variety Recording” as voted on by the listeners of 247PolkaHeaven.com, the World’s Polka Network. Some of their other awards include being a finalist for the Grammy Award in the Polka category for 2007.
